I've been doing my homework,
for the past seven years,
it turns out it was a joke,
when i flushed out my tears,
you were gone from the station,
and i was merely aware,
the school was out and i was down,
it was a case of dispair.
I've been studying the books,
for the past twenty one years,
from the ladder to the hooks,
my fu went up to hunt my fears,
but i was past the tripping point
and i knew from the distance,
i should have studied romance,
and stick to a shaded joint.
Vacant and staring at the screen,
I waste my cycles collapsing,
the strings of digits in my brain,
and the padding past the margins.
Time comes to earth and i am bored
borderline and boardcasted.
My verse is there to make you smile,
but i can't ask nor be masked
When you'll flip through these pages
make shure you divide the letters
from the sole system changes
and have a minute to repair
the broken dreams from lands afar,
and the bible of babel
Babylonians know the gospel
but that's far fetched and you can't help.
My fate was out my scope,
and my dreams beyond my reach.
I should have studied harder,
then be a son, then be a father,
but the hurdles were there,
and i'm pleased with my draft,
it's not a design for life,
more like a stack in files.
